Incoming emails are going directly to my "Deleted Items" folder

The problem is that all my incoming emails are going directly to my "Deleted
Items" folder. I have deleted all my rules to prevent this from having any
isue.

Please help

If you have an antivirus or -spam program integrated with Outlook, disable
that integration.

I have managed to disable the McAfee on Outlook 2007 but the email problem is
still the same.

Uninstall McAfee entirely and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature.
If you find this isn't the cause, you can reinstall it later. While you're
troubleshooting you need to get as much out of the way as possible.

I have done what you said and no luck. I have opened Outlook 2007 on another
workstation and the same is happening.
