I'm using outlook 2000 with xp pro o.s. We also use an Exchange Server.
Ever since upgrading from Windows 2000 to XP, email does not appear in my
inbox until I click another folder ( 'outbox', etc.) or send a new message.
This doesn't happen 100% of the time, but probably at least 75%. Everyone in
the office that has done the same upgrade is having the same issue.
Suggestions?
