incoming mail automatically in categorie contact person,

Dear,

i would like to see a possibility to give a incoming mail a categorie
automatically with rules or something, with more then 300 mails a day, and
3000+ contacts its impossible to add people to lists that we categories, that
will be to much time consuming etc,

therefore my question, is there a possibility to categorize incoming mail to
the categorie of the contact person sending the mail to me....

any help will be much appreciated and will make my life 10times easier,
