Incoming mail custom rules

I am not a programmer, but based on being led here via
the create custom rules VBA example on the MS site, I
will appreciate direction or comments on creating the
following actions.

1)Using basic rules, incoming mail through a specific
account, is moved to the inbox of a separate PST file. As
items in this inbox are marked read, they automatically
move to a read mail folder. In conjuction with the above,
as an item is read and if it gets flagged for further
action, it gets moved to an "Action Needed" folder.

2)As Items in "Action Needed" are marked done, they move
to a "Done" folder.

Regardless of the exact folder names, I hope these
actions are do-able. Any direction offered will be
appreciated.
