Incoming mail notofications in Outlook 2002 & hotmail

I have just setup Outlook 2002 to collect my hotmail.

But when a new email is received the 'new mail
notifications on Outlook (playing a sounds or displaying
a message) do not work

Is this an bug, or do i need to do more ?

Outlook doesn't play a sound or views the envelope for HTTP accounts.
Logging on with MSN Messenger does the trick for me already :)
