incoming mail problems

When I receive a reply from someone, the message doesn't
appear. Yet, if I look at the same message on my browser
window (like an off-site e-mail client...before it takes
it off the server) I can see the message in its entirety
which makes me think the problem is when Outlook takes
the message off of the server. Any advice on how to
correct this?

You have to save a copy in the server, so it could show in your outlook
when hit receive messages.
