Incoming Meeting Requests

Outlook 2007. My boss does not use his calendar. When he gets a meeting
request, he is unaware of it, and will miss it. How can he have a pop up or
reminder or e-mail sent to him so that he knows he has a meeting request on
his calendar?

Unless he has Outlook set to accept meeting requests automatically, requests
will ALWAYS appear in the Inbox and await his approval. How could he miss
them?

Hello Brian,
I guess I'm not following you. The meetings just show up on his calendar,
but not in his inbox for e-mail. Maybe he has them set to accept
automatically and we don't know it. How do I change it?

Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Resource Scheduling. Are any of the
"automatic" selections checked?
