Incoming Messages Can't Be Read (Sometimes)

Hi,

I have Outlook 2007. Sometimes I can't see the text in the messages when I
open them. They are feintly visible, almost "ghosted" into the background.

With these msgs, I currently copy/paste them into word then coulour the
"invisible" text black to read them...what a hassle.

Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.
