Incoming messages on Outlook 2003 with a pop3 account??

I have a workgroup with 3 users. 2 of the users send and receive their
messages wtihout any problems. The 3rd is having issues receiving SOME, but
not all email messages. They use pop3 with Outlook 2003. I have disabled
the virus protection and the firewall, but no luck. The pop3 settings are
set up correctly and I even contacted the company who host their settings.
Any suggestions as to why they cant receive some messagess? It looks as
though users get a failure notice when someone tries to REPLY to their
message, so it looks as though its happening on reply messages. Any
suggestions??

Is the e-mail address typed correctly in your account settings?
What is the exact NDR they are receiving when replying?

Thats it! The address was typed incorrectly. I guess I need to get my eyes
checked.
