Incomings are sent to Deleted

Incoming messages for several of my users are being sent
directly to the Deleted Items folder. All of these users
have been using the Adult/Junk lists, but I can't find in
those lists the specific addresses that are being re-
routed.

I'd like to delete all rules, Adult/Junk lists, and
anything else that might be causing improperly re-routed
incoming messages, and I have at least 10 users to do
this on.

Does anyone have a quick method for accomplishing this
task?

Tell the users how to disable their rules. You can't do this centrally.
