Incomplete Dates

Anyone else got any ideas as to how to cure my problem of incomplete dates
in the various date columns in Outlook 2000? I tried the kind suggestions
so far but without success. The only format options I get are a series of
greater than signs - ">" then ">>" below it then ">>>" and so on - no date
options at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
