I have Office 2004 for Mac, Student & Teachers Edition. The "Insert" menu in
Word is missing "Insert page numbers" and "Cross-reference."
I can work around the page numbers using header/footer; but I can't figure
out any other way to give sections unique names in the header. I gather
"Cross-reference" is the key to pulling this off.
Any guesses as to (a) why my "Insert" menu is lacking these items; and (b)
how to supply those unique section names without access to cross-referencing?
