Inconsistant blank emails Outlook 2002

Hi.
Windows XP with Office XP. Recently moved user's .pst file from an old
machine to his newer machine and setup his email profile. Emails are kept on
the exchange server. Since I moved him, some (maybe 3 out of every 10 if
that many) of his emails have blank bodies. This includes older emails he
has already read. We connected through the web piece and the text is still
in the bodies. The problem seems to be random in it's selection of which
emails to affect.
Any clues as to what may cause this and/or how to correct it?

Try creating a new mail profile.
