I have a document that was created in Word 2000 with some property values
that exist in a footer. The fields have been updated and saved. I view the
document from a machine with Word 2000 and the footer values for a field for
example says 0400 (this is what I would expect since the property value was
saved as so). I then open up the same document from another machine that has
Word 2003 and the footer value says 0300. Why is this so? More interesting
is why I am on the machine with Word 2003, when I print the document, it
shows the value stored in the property value which is 0400. Can someone
please explain? Thanks.
