Incorrect print preview at Microsoft Word. why ?

Why not, we are using Dot Matrix Printer epson LQ-2180.
It does support the paper size.
If the layout show a part, how the printer response to print full page?
have you see the screen shot 2.jpg i attached?

Is the microsoft word doesnt support custom size? If so, why it's allow user
to put in custom size?

Anyway, can you please try create new doc with
custom size. 17" width x 13.5" height margin
top & bottom= 0.6 left & right=0.5
Divide the page to 2 column.
type a row of word. then click preview.
The layout will be display part of the word you typed.
It being tried on microsoft word 2007, 2003.

Kindly troubleshoot for us, thx.

If you click on the Properties button in the File>Print Dialog, what paper
size is shown there?

No where do those links tell me what size paper the printer is set to use.

i'm are apologizes from previously my impatient replied.
because i didn't realize that you all are volunteers.
Hope you can understand my situation, i'm just curious of my project,
it already carry few days long and i've been called to microsoft centre at
malaysia they also not helping us much.

Lastly wish you can help us to figure this problem out. we'll appreciated.

For the printer we use is Dot Matrix Printer Epson LQ2180.
Printer Paper default size is Letter.
It can support up to A3 size of paper.
