Hi,
Outlook 2002 on XP (SP1 & 2) machines. When a users PST file approaches 1.8
Gig I am adding an extra 'Archive' PST file and moving old emails accross
to it (remembering to delete from the original PST & empty the recycle
bin). I'm also running the scanpst utility on the PST file after doing this
but the PST file size does not decrease, even if almost all emails are
moved? Can anyone explain this behaviour & offer a solution? My main
concerna are that I may end up with a 'locked' PST file that Windows thinks
is too big.
