incorrect time stamp on email

all time stamps on the sent and received messages are off
by one hour. However, the system time (shown in the
lower right hand corner of windows) is correct. Where
can I go to check the time stamp in Outlook 2002?

Make sure Windows is correctly allowing for DST (double-click on the clock
in the system tray) and that Outlook is, too with Tools>Options>Calendar
Options>Time Zone
