After adding about 10 resources to the Enterprise Resource Center
(Project Server 2003) with no problems I ran into the following
situation:
1) I add the resource in ERC and enter their windows account and email
info as part of the process
2) I verify that the user is added and that the windows account info
is correct by going to admin-> manager users and groups and then
viewing the info for the user
3) When I do a Build Team from Enter Resources and pull out the new
user, the windows account and email info are blank.
4) Even if I try to edit the blank info by checking out the resource
and modifying it, the changes never stick.
5) I can't assign the resource to a task because I get a spooler error
when I try and save the project to the effect of "windows account
mismatch" on the new resource.
