Increase size of flowchart symbols

I am a frequent user of Word 2003's flowchart. Is there a way to increase the
size of the flowchart shapes (other than selecting large icons under Options)
so that it is easier just click and drag the shapes I need?

Also interested to know if I can create a special toolbar that includes
certain shapes that I am frequently using only E.g. Flowchart-Process, Arrow
etc?

Any help/advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where are you trying to increase the size of the shapes -- on the AutoShapes
menu, or the initial size of the shape itself?

The shapes on the menu can't be changed except, as you already know, by
selecting large icons to increase everything. For the initial size, if you click
and drag instead of just clicking to insert a shape, it will be as large as you
make it.

Yes, you can create a menu of just the tools you want. Click Tools > Customize.
On the Toolbars tab, click the New button and name it (note that the name
"Flowchart" is already taken by the one on the AutoShapes menu, so use something
else). Then switch to the Commands tab, select the AutoShapes category, and
scroll down the list of commands to the ones that start with "Flowchart:". Drag
the ones you want to the new toolbar.
