Increase the size of pst file

I am getting an error that will not download any of my messages. It says I do
not have enough room. How can I increase the size of the pst. file in Outlook
2007?
I would appreciate any help.

The PST file can become huge in Outlook 2007. Just how big is the one you
have? Where are you seeing this message?

Wendy never responded to the emails that had further questions to clarify
the issue so she never did get an answer to this.
