Increasing display time of dialogue boxes on help icon

I would like the dialogue window to appear for as long as I have my
mouse/cursor on the help icon in InfoPath. This is because some of our
dialogue boxes have a lot of information that cannot possibly be read in 10
seconds.

Note that this behavior seems to vary depending on what machine you're using.

Is there a way configure my machine to keep the dialogue window up while I
have my mouse on the help icon?

Loreli,
Assuming you are using the Mouse over text. I don't know any way to increase
the amount of time that this text is displayed.

I know however I have on other projects incldued an optional section on the
form titled "Click here for help" that contains large descriptive help text.
