incredimail add-on for microsoft outlook

I have had to re-install my microsoft outlook. I have used the incredimail
add-on previously for my outlook emailing. This is where the problem lies, I
cannot find the download link anywhere to re install the incredi mail add on.
I can find the full Incredimail XE but I dont want the 'free standing'
incredimail. Can anyone help me, please.
