Kris Didymus

I have a friend who sends me e-mails created in Incredimail.

When I open them in Outlook, the text of her message is there, but no
pictures or attachments. Instead, all I get is this:

I've tried everything I can think of. Any ideas?

Many, many thanks in advance.

Did you try Outlook Express to see if it would work?
If OE doesn't display that IncrediMail message either, then your friend
is doing something wrong.
