Indent formating

Ray

I am using Office Word 2003 and would like to press a button or two to
indent a Para. to full justification. In addition, how to disable it after
use and how to precisely set the indent position.

Thanks,

Ray

The best way to apply any kind of formatting is with styles, to which you
can assign keyboard shortcuts. Short of that, you can justify a paragraph
using Ctrl+J. You can indent it using Ctrl+M (or apply a hanging indent with
Ctrl+T). If you're wanting to indent left and right, modify the Block Text
style to your requirements and assign a keyboard shortcut to it.

Direct paragraph formatting can be removed using Ctrl+Q (direct font
formatting with Ctrl+Spacebar). Or, if you have applied a style, you can
reapply Normal style using Ctrl+Shift+N.

Suzanne,

Many thanks for your useful formatting settings.

Is there any way to configure the most common formatting settings as a
default for every documents?

Thanks,

Ray
