Independent scrollbar at the bottom of a presentation

At the reception we have a PPPresentation running. We want to add an
independent scrollbar at the bottom containing written information - like the
one seen on CNN etc.

This should work like two separate presentations running on the same screen
- independent with different lengths.

Any tip on if and how this is done using PP2003?
