Index hyperlinks

Word 2002 sets up nice page hyperlinks when you build a Table of
Contents or a Table of Figures, but it doesn't seem to be able to set
up page hyperlinks when it builds an index. Does anyone know of a way
to set up page hyperlinks for an index?

Unfortunately, this much-requested feature is not available in current
versions of Word.
