Index of viso flowchart

I am using Visio 2003.

I have many flow charts and I need to produce a textual index of each flow
chart.

i.e A list of all the boxes with the textual content.
Box 1 - Start here
Box 2 - Next step
Box 3 - End here

or just a list of the textual content would do
Start here
Next step
End here

Can I do this and if so how?
