I am setting up an index and need help in setting up the
field code and switches that would set up the format as
using the Section number and then the Heading number
within the Section. (For example...Section 1 Benefits
Heading 1.1 Insurance Heading 1.2 401-K) This would show
in the index for Insurance, 1.2. Instead all I get is the
Section and then the Page. How do I apply the field code
and what switches do I use?
