Index Tabs

[FP Novice]

I have a Visio drawing with many, many tabs. I tried to create an index page
so that I could hyperlink between the individual tabs, as it turns out I
cannot link to sheets within the same drawing.

Is there a way to navigate the tabs in an index format instead of scrolling
through the tabs?

to create an index.

I get what he is doing, but I have no idea how to use visual basic, where
does one educate himself on that?
