Indexing documents

How do I index the names and places as I write a document? I want an index at
the end of my documents of every name and place and the page number that the
name or place is on.

G'day "Jutebox" <[email protected]>,

The best way is to have second document open whilst you write. Into
this add every place name as you type it. When finished authoring,
this second doc is now known as your concordance. You apply this
through the Mark Index Entries dialogs. This will then index mark
every instance of the words for you.

To make this job a touch easier, my indexing tool lets you build a
ocnordance form already marked words. This would mean you would just
each word the first time you use it. When finished authoring,
auto-build the concordance and apply it. I also include tools for
reducing excessive entries.
