Indexing email for faster searches

Is there a way to index my mail files so that I can execute faster searches.
I have a lot of email that I need to search against often and the default
searches are a bit slow.

Oh, and I should have added that I'm just talking about Outlook 2003, no
Exchange server.

Download Lookout from Microsoft, if you have a Windows 2000, XP, or 2003 box
