indian language support in MS Access

I want to know how to enable multi language support and is there any component which need to be downloaded for the same

you can look at addin i made to make applications multilingual:

if you mean just to enter different languages in same field - then access
supports Unicode from version 2000 and you can easy do this

Presumably this replaces the product formerly available at
