Indication of whether OLE Object is present in form??

Hello,

I am trying to store various types of documents in OLE Object fields in a
form. These include pdf, xls, and doc files. When I add some file to the
object, usually the object looks exactly the same. There is no indication to
the user that there is an embedded object unless they double click on it or
right click on it.

I would like to figure out some way to indicate to the user that a file is
located in the object. This could include changing color, a check box, or
anything really.
