If you are referring to use the web interface provided by Microsoft to
access the newsgroups, there is such an option. Just click your User Name
(the name following "By") on a post, such as this one. For example you've
made 32 posts, answered 1, and helped 1 (unique) user.

Also note that there are numerous web sites and newsreaders that can be used
to access the newsgroups. The web interface on Microsoft Office Online is
only one available method. :)
