Individual E Mails to Multiple Contacts

In our line of business, I will send a common e mail message to multiple
contacts. Since I do not want the recepient to know who is on the list, I go
through a process of making multiple copies of the common message, open one
at a time and then add the individual e mail address to each message being
sent. Is there a technique that I am not aware of that would allow me to send
the message once and be able to hide the name of all the recipients? Any help
would be appreciated. Thank You, JAD.

You can put all the addresses in the BCC field (blind carbon copy), but I
suggest you also put your own email address in the TO field when you do
this - will help ensure delivery (and not being blocked as spam). Make sure
you check with your ISP on the number of allowed recipients per message.

Or do a mail merge to electronic mail (need the same version of Word as of
Outlook), which sends out an individually addressed message to each
recipient.
