Individual Settings

I have a user who's settings in PWA have blurred into each other. If she
logs into another machine, its fine, and if any other user logs into her
machine, they are fine. It's only on her own machine that this is an issue.
All of her grids blend into eachother. I have cleared out her temp,
Temporary Internet Files, History, and removed and reinstalled all of the
activeX controls associated with PWA. I suspect that somewhere on her
machine, there is a cache of her user settings for PWA but I have not been
able to locate it. Any ideas?

Try renaming the user's profile to .bak
Then have the user log on anew to the machine to recreate the profile
If everything is working, migrate the profile objects you need to preserve
to the new profile instance.
