Individuals in To box

Is there a way in Outlook to have each recipient's name
show in the To box without any of the other recipients see
it? We don't want to use BCC because we want the recipient
to see his or her name in the To box.

Thank you.

You can use Mail Merge from within Word for this.

Word's Mail Merge, or use a bulk mailing program.

I tested this and found that I can merge from the Outlook
contacts folder to a Word document. We are using Outlook
2000.

What we want to do is be able to perform a merge of the
names in a global address list and have them in the To
section of an e-mail message. Is there any way to do this?
If so, can you give me some steps?

Thanks,

Bonnie

The GAL can be extracted (by your admin) to a data file like CSV, xls, mdb,
etc which Mail Merge from within Word can use as a datasource to merge with.
