When reading a message, I can point to the sender's name and get a menu
showing some informations, among them appears the phone number (from Exchange
server) but it doesn't always show. Sometimes, I open the Properties then I
get back to the user's name, and then I get the phone number (showed "call
work" with the full phone number) when simply pointing his name with my
mouse. Any idea of what happens ? Outlook 2003 SP1, Exchange server 5.5,
windows XP or 2000.
