I have a field for meeting topics in my database that is catagorized by
school and month. Therefore, in a month the meeting topics for school "23"
may be school safety, playground safety and bullying. Each meeting is a
different record with a link to the school and the month. The meeting topics
vary and are entered into a form freestyle (no dropdowns). there is one form
for each meeting with other info that is not pertinent to this question.
I would like to create a report (by school and Month) that lists the meeting
topics in the header so that it looks something like this:
School: 64
Month: October
Topics covered: school safety, playground safety, bullying
The detail part of the report is hidden and the footer contains cumulative
information like total participants and total time.
I can do everything but get the topics to list in one field in the header.
