HOW CAN I ACCESS AND CONFIGURE MY WEBMAIL BY USING CAPTIONED FILE.

using Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.

You'll need to find a more appropriate newsgroup to which you can repost
your question (one related to Outlook perhaps).

When you do repost the question, you might consider unlocking your Caps Lock
key: posting in all upper case is the visual equivalent of shouting, and is
generally considered to be rude.
