info on Hidden/System object files AND .odc file

I start up a form and it says it is not updateable. I look in Tools > Options
View and check Hidden and System Objects. I want information on these. can

I reset them, can I rebuild them?
Also Tools > Options > Pages and check 'Use Default Connection File' where I
found this .odc file. Where is this file located and how to build it?

The System tables that are revealed are undocumented. You cannot update them
(or if you can, you shouldn't)

Afraid I don't know anything about the .odc file.
