Infopath 2003 compatibility with WSS 3

[Strawberry]

Attempting to publish a form and am getting message stating that "the server
does not fully support Microsoft Office InfoPath" and that "form services may
not work properly".

I'm migrating from WSS 2 and want to use my existing invoice forms.

Please advise.
