InfoPath 2007 and Sharepoint 2007 Anonymous Mode Issue

I have some forms in Infopath 2007 which are loaded onto Sharepoint 2007
(MOSS) but when in anonymous mode, you cannot open or submit the form to a
form library. However, if I am logged in, I can open the form and submit.

An error message box appears and says that there has been an error while
loading the form. Click Try Again to attempt to load the form or Click Close
to exit this message.

The error details are: Retrieval of the form template from the following
location is not authorized:
http://instar-dev:1111/SuggestToBuy_TalkBook/Forms/template.xsn.

I'm very new to Infopath and Sharepoint.
