hi,
I am trying to make a very simple workflow in Sharepoint 2007 with
Infopath 2007. This is what i need:
lets say i have a form with 5 fields on it, a user will open the
template and fill in only the 3 top fields, and start the workflow.
Then an aprover will get the request, and will fill the next 2 fields
and approve or reject the form.
Whay i have done so far, it create a forms library, and set my form as
the template, so when the user clicks "new" Infopath launches with the
template and he can fill the fields he needs, however he needs to save
the form in the same library and put a name to the file.
I configured a very simple aprove workflow to the library, so when the
user saves his forms, the workflow is started, and the aprover can open
the form and fill the missing fields, however i didnt know how to block
the original fields (the ones that the user filled) so the aprover can
not change them.
Then the workflow finishes and thats it.
my question is if this is a good aproach to acomplish what i need, or
how can i make it better, and how can i block fields from one user to
the other...
