Infopath 2007 / SQL 2005

I have created forms using InfoPath 200x and would like to begin creating
SQL 2005 databases to host the backend piece of our data. For example, our
office asked me to create all our forms in Infopath 2007 and store all data
on SQL 2005. My question or problem is -

(1) I need basic HOW TO create DB in SQL (I can create in SQL Gui) - but
how do I create / populate / retrieve data from this new database I want to
create with InfoPath / SQL? There are so much info out there, but can
someone briefly explain how to do this or point me to quick how to - NOT 100
pages of only 2-3 pages of quik intro?

My goal is to create a database for all our company data, and use Infopath
2007 forms to capture / retrieve all data into SQL 2005. Eventually, we
would like t capture information using Infpath Server (web based) so we can
capture info from our external business partners.
