InfoPath 2007, user role not working from contact selector field

protected form from my computer

Contact slelector field called "gpResponsible"
Contact selector field called "gpAssignee"

Role: "Responsible" (designated to "AccountId" under person)
"Assignee" (designated to "AccountId" under person)

Completion Date A: read only when user role is not equal to "Responsible"
Completion Date B: read only when user role is not equal to "Assignee"

However the conditional formating is not working at all!
I don't think user role is working from the field.

Please help me! I've been spent so much time for this without any progress.
