Infopath and Kerberos

We are trying to connect to a web service to download and upload data to a
SQL database from our infopath form hosted on Sharepoint. We are using
Kerberos for everything else but Infopath is not sending a Kerberos ticket.
Is this a bug? Is there a hotfix? We do not want to use SSO, proxy, or hard
code the user/pass in the connection string. Kerberos should work. Any
ideas????
Setup
Client->SharePoint->WebService->SQLServer (All on different boxes)
