infopath and MUI

I download a "office enterprise professional 2003 edition english version",
"MUI CHS" and "Office 2003 SP2".
When I install Office 2003, Office 2003 SP2 and MUI, I open the infopath.
then I see a error.
error tell me that infopath can't select the chinese, I need install MUI
again.

I hope somebody help me.

I got the answer.
I installed the SP2 for MUI CHS, the infopath will not tell the error.
