infopath and wss 3.0(no MOSS)

Please can someone clarify?
I have wss 3.0(no MOSS) on server and i have microsoft office infopath
2007(on all machines) can i use forms by publishing them to wss forms lib and
accessing through local MS infopath and so data that i entered goes to
database on server?

Yes, you can. You don't require MOSS if you're going to use the InfoPath
client application to fill out forms and have InfoPath installed on all PCs.
