I have the same problem as the following post.

My question is what is prompting some to error and not others?
I also have some that don't get an error and the old version of the form
from cache is used. Without the error there is nothing prompting us to clear
the cache and the user is using an old form version. NOT GOOD!
Is there any other solutions to this cache problem other then manual cache
clear?
Also is there a way to manually clean the cache for multiple profiles on a
machine?
